Transaction task list
- Thoroughly review the purchase agreement and obtain missing signatures
- Open escrow if you represent the seller
- Send introductory emails to all parties involved in the transaction in record time and coordinate with escrow, buyer, seller, agents and lender throughout the escrow process.
- Compile an information record including timelines, and upload to the MTM database for your use.
- Keep you updated with actions required
- Order NHD report / Home warranty and ensure that local reports are ordered.
- Prepare and provide a full and compliant seller disclosure package (if listing)
- Track all deadlines and ensure that they are met
- Ensure compliance of disclosures with California standards
- Submit your file to your broker promptly at the close of escrow
- Provide you and your client with a file of completed documents
You will have 24/7 access to all completed disclosures and reports through the online database.
